Digital Services Delivery Policy

• Delivery begins once payment is successfully completed and confirmed.
• Most digital services are delivered instantly or within 24 hours.
• In rare cases (such as verification or manual setup), delivery may take up to 48–72 hours.

3. How You Receive Your Service

• Third-party platforms (secure file-sharing links)

You will receive a confirmation notification via email or SMS once delivery is completed.

4. Download & Access Instructions

• Digital files are delivered via secure download links.
• Download links may expire within a specified time period (usually 7–30 days).
• Customers are responsible for downloading and saving files within the allowed time.

5. Delivery Support

If you do not receive your digital delivery:

• Please check your spam or junk email folder.
• Contact our support team with your Order ID and purchase email.

We aim to resolve delivery-related issues within 1 business day.

6. Failed Delivery

Delivery is attempted only to the contact details provided at checkout. If delivery fails due to incorrect email address, full mailbox, or similar issues:

• You must update your contact information.
• We will re-send the digital service upon request.

7. No Physical Shipping

• No courier or postal delivery
• No physical tracking numbers
• No import/export processing

8. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Once digital access has been granted, delivery is considered complete and refunds may be limited or unavailable.

9. Service Commencement
